TRUTH
OR DARE
Pick your side, then take the card. Every truth is answerable out loud and every dare works in a normal living room - and there is no way out once you have chosen.
HOUSE RULESÂ â—˘
- Pick a side before you see the card. No peeking at the other deck.
- Truth means the honest answer, not the safe one.
- If a dare doesn’t work where you are, hit NEXT PLAYER and take the one after it.
- Every card here is clean enough to play with your nan in the room.
WHERE THE CARDS COME FROMÂ â—˘
All 200 cards - 100 truths and 100 dares - were written for this page rather than scraped from anywhere else, and every one had to clear the same bar: a truth you could answer in front of a parent, and a dare you could do sitting in a living room in under thirty seconds. So there is nothing here about drinking, nothing that needs you to message anybody, and nothing that risks breaking something. The two decks are drawn independently, so choosing truth does not spend the dare you would have got.
