A cerulean-blue field bearing a central device of a black arrowhead over a white-bordered black triangle, set on a gold triangle. The blue is conventionally read for the sky and the sea, the gold for sunshine and prosperity, and the black and white for the two main cultural influences on the island living in unity, with the triangles standing for the twin Pitons.
