Ukraine
The largest country entirely within Europe, Ukraine rolls out endless black-earth wheat fields that helped earn it the nickname 'breadbasket of Europe'.
WHAT THE FLAG MEANSÂ â—˘
Two equal horizontal bands, blue over yellow. Article 20 of the constitution calls it a banner of two equally sized horizontal bands of blue and yellow and gives the colours no meaning. They are conventionally read as a blue sky above golden fields of ripe wheat.
